Update your Internet Explorer to version 7 or later.

Question I am interested in seeking employment with Fernco - where do I look?
Answer

Click "Human Resources" -> Click on the link under "Employment Application"

Question I am interested in getting product literature and images for our upcoming promotion - where can I get this?
Answer Log on under Rep Plbg/ Cust log in -> Under "Rep Plumbing" (left hand column) you can download literature or images files under the icons "Literature Downloads" and "Image Files"
Question I am a home Owner and want to buy products directly from Fernco - how do I do that?
Answer

Fernco does not currently sell direct . We suggest you call our toll free number and ask for Customer Service to suggest wholesale distributors in your area.

Question Where do I find the Fernco Price Sheet?
Answer

Go to www.Fernco.com -> Click on
"Rep Plumbing/Cust log in" -> Click "Log in" or "Create an account" ->
After log in has occurred Click "Price Lists" under "Rep Plumbing" (left
hand side, ninth one down) -> Click "Download Excel Spreadsheet (.xls)"

Question Can I break box quantity?
Answer

Other than the few items such as the Power Wrap family, Toilet Seals, and Storm Drain, you can break box quantity.

Question What is the standard lead time?
Answer

Standard lead time is 2-3 days if it ships UPS ground.

Question Does Fernco have any minimums?
Answer

Fernco has a few items that have to be ordered in box quantities, such as the Power Wrap family, Toilet Seals, and Storm Drain, but other than those few items we have no minimums.

Question What if I have a question that you don't have an answer to?
Answer
