MINIMUM INVOICE - None. PAYMENT TERMS - 1% 10th prox. Net 30 days unless otherwise stated. FREIGHT TERMS - Prepaid and allowed on net orders of $750.00 or more unless otherwise stated. All others will be prepaid and billed. SALES POLICY - Fernco products are available to any legitimate wholesaler, pipe manufacturer or distributor with approved credit. RETURN POLICY - All returns must be preceded by factory authorization. Returns will not be allowed after 90 days of invoice date. Specialty items are not returnable. Freight must be prepaid on all return shipments. Contact factory for complete return procedures. - All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the freight carrier. - Shortage claims must be made to Fernco within 15 days after delivery. Fernco warrants its product(s) against all defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year and will replace any defective product returned to it within that time period. Fernco makes no other representations or warranties, whether oral or written, expressed, or implied. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose shall apply. Failure to follow the installation instructions provided by Fernco will void this limited warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Fernco shall not in any case be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions do not apply to you. This written warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. |
