I am an authorized user of the Fernco Logo Website and I understand that my
employer has reviewed and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

As  an  authorized  seller  or  distributor  of Fernco products, Fernco, in
consideration  of  the  user's  promise to refrain from infringing Fernco's
rights in the logos and images and, hereby grants to the user, and the user
hereby accepts, a royalty-free, nonexclusive and nontransferable license to
use and reproduce the downloaded logos and images pursuant to the following
terms and conditions:

I  understand  and agree that all logos and images downloaded from Fernco's
website  are  the  property  of  Fernco  Inc.,  that  Fernco  Inc. owns all
proprietary  rights in such logos and images including, but not limited to,
trademark  and  copyrights,  and that use of the logos and images inures to
Fernco's  benefit  and  does not provide anyone else with any rights to the
foregoing.

I  agree  to only use the downloaded logos and/or images in connection with
the  advertisement  and  sale  of  legitimate  Fernco  products  and not in
connection with any products that are not sold by Fernco.

I  agree  to not modify or change the downloaded logos and/or images in any
manner,  and  I  agree  not to use the logos and/or images in any manner in
which  the  logos  and/or  images are partially obscured by other images or
writing.

I understand and agree that Fernco may review the manner in which its logos
and  /or images are being used and demand the destruction and future nonuse
of  any  logos  and/or  images  downloaded from its website, and I agree to
abide by such demands when and if made.
