Shear resistance for your existing coupling

The stainless steel shear ring wraps a Fernco coupling to resist shear loads and keep the pipe ends aligned. Bushings are supplied separately for material transition and size reduction.

Series 300 stainless steel. Bands, nuts and housings resist corrosion.
Sizes 1½″ to 15″ couplings. Custom sizes are available on request.
Maximum test pressure 4.3 psi (29.6 kPa).
Maximum operating temperature 140°F non-continuous.
